Most governments are trying to reform their healthcare systems. However, we believe that transforming, not reforming, healthcare is the answer to what ails the profession. That's what LIGHTS2020 is about. LIGHTS means Leaders in Global Healthcare Thoughtfully Serving because healthcare is about serving and so is leadership.

LIGhtS2020 Leadership Training
Through the teaching of leadership principles that are contextualized to healthcare workers, we created transformed, refocused, global-minded leaders in a profession that is absolutely essential and strategic to the well-being of any society.
We are a Global Partner of EQUIP, a leadership ministry founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell. We use the EQUIP leadership curriculum to work with our partner organizations such as Healthcare Christian Fellowship International (HCFI) and the International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA).
Our goal is to EQUIP, EMPOWER, AND ENGAGE 2,020,000 HEALTHCARE WORKERS WORLDWIDE AS SERVANT LEADERS BY THE END OF THE YEAR 2020.
